By accessing or using Agent Recruiters ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Recruiters provides AI-powered recruiting automation tools, including autonomous sourcing agents, candidate screening, and pipeline management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Credits included in your plan do not roll over between billing periods. Additional credits can be purchased separately. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable hiring regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use candidate data sourced through the Service for purposes unrelated to recruiting
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated technology, designs, and content are owned by Agent Recruiters, Inc. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models and services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agent Recruiters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
